Resolving Chronic Health Conditions

A 6-week online Hybrid Pilot Program

This pilot program is for you if you are battling to resolve one or more chronic health conditions.

This program will take you from a place of sub-optimal health, fatigue, and even deep despair, providing you with a real understanding of the root causes of your health issues and supporting you in developing the practical skills to ensure sustainable lifestyle changes, self-care, vitality and well-being.

Resolving Chronic Health Conditions

This program includes the following:

  • In-depth Intake Questionnaire designed to obtain information that will allow us to determine your particular focus areas for intervention. (Basic lab. tests may be recommended.)
  • Weekly group educational sessions (60 minutes) on topics relevant to resolving chronic health conditions.
  • Recordings and transcripts of the group educational sessions.
  • Ongoing health tracking/monitoring.
  • Resources and handouts.
  • Opportunities for offering and receiving support from group members

The following topics will be covered:

(1 topic per module)

  • Uncovering the root causes of chronic health conditions;
  • The role of an unhealthy nervous system in chronic health conditions;
  • Healing the nervous system;
  • Managing anxiety, chronic stress, burnout and overwhelm;
  • Identifying lifestyle changes that need to be made; and
  • Making sustainable lifestyle changes.

Module Outcomes

Identify and Address the Root Causes:
By the end of this module, you will

  • Have analyzed and begun to identify the root causes of your chronic health problems,
  • Be able to distinguish between symptoms and underlying triggers.
  • Have the knowledge and tools to begin addressing these root causes effectively.

Recognize the Impact of an unhealthy nervous system:
By the end of this module, you will

  • Understand how ongoing life experiences may have negatively impacted your nervous system.
  • Understand how life experiences cause chronic health conditions to develop, and
  • Have begun to work towards healing your nervous system to support your overall well-being.

Identify and Implement Necessary Lifestyle Changes:
By the end of this module, you will

  • Have the knowledge and tools to assess your current lifestyle and health habits.
  • Have created a personalized, sustainable lifestyle change plan that aligns with your health goals, and
  • Be able to integrate these changes into your daily routines.

Make sustainable lifestyle changes:
By the end of this module, you will

  • Have begun to make the lifestyle changes that are most relevant to you at this point in time;
  • Understand how to ensure that the changes you make are sustainable;
  • Have strategies and techniques to safely make changes to your medication under the guidance of a healthcare professional.

Heal and Regulate the Nervous System:
By the end of this module, you will

  • Be able to recognize signs of nervous system dysregulation,
  • Have practical skills and practices to heal/reset your nervous systems, and
  • Have begun to implement effective self-care techniques to restore balance and resilience.

Manage Anxiety, Chronic Stress, Burnout & Overwhelm:
By the end of this module, you will

  • Have a deep understanding of anxiety, chronic stress, burnout, and overwhelm,
  • Have strategies for prevention and management.
  • Be equipped with a range of techniques, mindfulness practices, and stress-reduction methods suited to your nervous system and will boost your physical and emotional well-being.
